Overtime Batch Importer
Through this feature, HR admins are now allowed to import all the overtime transactions into the ZenHR in just one click.
How to Activate This Feature?
Main Menu à Payroll à Manage Overtimes
The button “Import Overtime Batch” has been added to this page allowing you to import your employees’ overtime batches from excel sheets.
By clicking the button “Import Overtime Batch”, the below popup screen will appear allowing you to download the needed template to be filled with the needed details, and then import it.
After filling the template and before you proceed to import it, you need to select the overtime type to calculate the amount based on the selected overtime type rate, and you also need to select the financial transaction type to add your overtime amount as an income transaction to your employees’ payroll.
