Manage Financial Transactions


Main Menu à Payroll à Manage Financial Transactions


To calculate the salaries of a certain month, all financial Transactions must be submitted within the month of salary (Incomes & Deductions) transactions.



Through this screen, the user will be able to manage employees’ financial transactions (Add/Edit/Delete).

To add new transactions, click on the 3 dots on the right top corner, select the employee and transaction type, insert the transaction effective date, and amount.



Import Financial Transactions from Excel Sheet


By clicking the button Import Financial Transactions, the below pop-up screen will appear to you, please download the sample sheet and fill it with the employees’ transactions details in the needed formats.



after that, please select the transactions type, and if you want to include it in payroll, or pay it out of payroll.


Manage Overtimes

Through this screen, you will be able to add overtime transactions, one by one, or as mass transactions for the same employee.



By clicking the button Add, the below screen will appear.



From the first tab, you will be able to add a one-time overtime transaction for an employee, and that by selecting the employee name, duration, and effective date.


To add mass overtime transactions for the same employee, from the tab Overtime batch, select the employee, insert the transaction date and the number of overtime hours, select the overtime type and the income transaction type that the overtime will be converted to in employees payroll record.



Manage Salaries

After adding all the financial and overtime transactions, the salaries will be calculated through the following steps:

  • Click on the button Calculate, and the next screen will appear to you. Select if you want to calculate salaries for all branches, specific departments, or sections, or for a specific employee.
  • Select the payroll month, and then click the button Calculate.



This screen will stop any calculations if there is any pending financial transaction during this month unless the option “Move pending transactions to next month” was checked, then pending transactions effective date will be moved to next month, and once it’s approved, it will be calculated with the new monthly salary.


After that, all the calculated salaries will be listed on the screen to be checked by HR and he will be able to:

  • Flag as approved.
  • Delete it if any updates should be applied to it.
  • Notify employees with releasing the monthly salaries (by clicking the button send to employees, notification emails will be sent to employees and they will be able to check their salary slips through their dashboards from the screen My Salaries).



Salaries Report

To check the monthly salaries, the user will be able to export the payroll file to excel or PDF using this report page, with the ability to choose the needed columns.
