How to Activate This Feature
Extra Salaries Setup
User Menu à System Preferences à Financial Setup à Extra Salaries
We have moved extra salary setup options from the payroll setup page to the “Extra Salaries ” page. We have also introduced an option that allows you to add deduction financial transactions from the employees' extra salaries.
In the "Extra Salaries" List, and upon trying to add/edit the extra salary, a new option has been added to this page allowing you to distribute the employees' extra salaries payments over a specific number of months and to fulfill the payment within the selected month or as a separate payment.
By choosing the months of 1 to 12 and upon selecting the "Out of Payroll" option, the extra salary payments will be calculated and added as financial transactions to the monthly salary of your employee or as an out of payroll payment.
To calculate the extra salary as a separate salary, you can select month 13 from the payment month dropdown list. Upon selecting this option, you will be able to calculate the extra salary separately and export it in salary slips.
