My Timesheets: How Employees Can Add Timesheets and Send them to their Managers for Approval


This user manual is to show employees how they can add timesheets and send them to their managers for approval. 


Adding Timesheets


Main Menu à Payroll à Financial Requests


Through this page, employees will be able to see a list of their timesheet requests and submit new timesheets.

 

 

Employees can check the details of each timesheet by clicking on the “Details” button next to each record as shown in the below screenshot:



Employees can also submit a new timesheet by clicking on the button “Create a Timesheet” at the right top corner of the screen which will direct them to the “New Timesheet” page.


 

The below screenshot highlights an example of how to fill and submit a timesheet request.

Name of the project the employee worked on

Number of hours worked on the selected project

Add Project

Allows the employee to add more than one project if needed

Notes

Allows the employee to add notes on each of their projects

 

After filling out all the fields, the employee can click on the “Create Timesheet” button at the end of the page, which will save the timesheet as a draft so he/she can check it before sending it for manager approval as shown below.


 

After checking the timesheet, the employee can send it to his/her manager for approval by clicking on the “Send for Approval” button at the end of the page.
