Go to: www.zenhr.com

 

 

 

You will be able to login using your company email address and the password that was emailed to you. If you happen to have forgotten your login info, click on the "Forgot Passwordbutton, and you will receive an email prompting you to change your password.

                                   

 

Employee Dashboard


Upon logging in, you will be directed to your personal dashboard, and through your dashboard, you will be able to navigate through ZenHR.

 

 

   

 User Menu 

 

 

  • View Profile: Click on "View Profile" to visit your profile.
  • My Approval: The managers click on "My Approval" to check their approvals.
  • Change Language: Click on "Change Language" to change the system language to Arabic.
  • Change Password: Click on "Change Password" to change your account's password.
  • FAQs: Click on "FAQs" to open the frequently asked questions.
  • Get Support: Click on "Get Support" to send queries regarding the system (Admins only).
  • Logout: Click on "Logout" to sign out from your account.


Upon clicking on “My Profile”, you will be able to view the following information:

Profile:

  • Personal Information such as your name, employee ID, gender, age, birth date…etc.

 

 

  • Professional Information such as your job title, work type, direct manager, hiring date, etc.

 


  • Salary Package which allows you to access and view your current and previous salary packages. You can only view your salary information by hovering your cursor over the “Salary Package” section. This measure is taken to protect your privacy.

 

 

  • Time-off Balance, where you will be able to view your current and up to end-of-year time-off balance.

 

 

  

  • Bank Accounts: Clicking on this tab will direct you to your bank account details.
  • Family Info: Clicking on this tab will allow you to view the details of your family members.
  • Documents: By clicking on this tab, you will be able to upload documents requested by the HR department, in addition to viewing or downloading your previously uploaded documents.
  • Competencies: By clicking on this tab, you will be able to view your competencies.
  • Insurance: By clicking on this tab you will be able to view your health insurance history at the company.
  • Air Ticketing Allowances: By clicking on this tab you will be able to view your air ticketing allowance.
  • Assets: By clicking on this tab, you will be able to view company-owned assets that you currently hold.
  • Projects: By clicking on this tab you will be able to view any projects assigned to you.
  • Disciplinary Actions: By clicking on this tab you will be able to view your disciplinary actions that have been taken by HR.
  • Schedules: If you work on a shift basis, you will be able to view your schedule.
  • Contracts: By clicking on this tab you will be able to see your contract type (Limited or Unlimited).
  • Custom Fields: By clicking on this tab you will be able to view any customer fields filled by your HR admin.

 


  1. Click on the “Add” button to add a new document such as a university certificate or identity card.

              


  1. Fill in the “document name”, choose “document type” and add the attachment using one of these formats (pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, ppt, pptx, txt, csv, jpeg, png, gif, jpg, JPG, PNG, PDF, html, HTML, zip).
  2. Click on “Create Document”.


 

Time-off Balances


The first thing you will notice on your dashboard is your “Time-off Balances”, and through this section, you will be able to view your current vacation days as well as your up to end-of-year time-off balance.

 

 

Calendar


This is your company's shared calendar where you will be able to view upcoming company events.

 

 

Who’s off


This section shows the names of employees who are currently absent, in addition to those who will be absent at a later date.

 

 

Announcements


This section shows the announcements that have been shared with you by the HR department.

 


Upcoming Birthday


 This section shows upcoming employee birthdays.

 Dashboard

Click on this icon to view your dashboard.


 Employees

  • Employees Directory

    Through this page, you will be able to check the contact information of your colleagues.
  • Employees Hierarchy

    Through this page, you will be able to view your company’s organizational hierarchy, the direct manager for each employee, and their positions when you hover your cursor over their names.
  • My Tasks

    Through this page, you will be able to check your received tasks from your HR department, and by clicking on “Open Task”, you will be able to complete a task.


Time Management


  • My Transactions

    Through this page, you will be able to check and view the details of your leaves and vacation transactions. You will also be able to request a new leave or vacation transaction and send it to your manager for approval. 
              

 

To request a new leave or vacation:

  • Click on the “Request new time-off” button.

  


  1. Choose the type of time-off you would like to request.
  2. Choose the transaction’s start and end date, also, make sure to choose the correct time for leaves (AM/PM).
  3. The amount will be calculated automatically.
  4. Add any needed attachments.
  5. Click on the “Send Request” button.

 

  • Attendance History

    Through this page, you will be able to check your attendance records, in addition to your subordinate's attendance records.

     

Payroll 

  • Financial Requests

Through this page, you will be able to request a new financial request and send it to your manager for approval.

To request a new financial transaction:

  1. Click on “Request”
  2. Choose the transaction name (transactions are defined previously by your HR department).
  3. Choose the Effective date of the transaction.
  4. Enter amount.
  5. Add any notes and attachments.
  6. Click on “Request”.

 

  • Overtime Requests

     Through this page, you will be able to request your overtime and send it to your manager for approval. 

 

To send a new overtime request:

  1. Click on “Request” to send an overtime request.
  2. Select the “from” and “to” time of the overtime request.
  3. “Total Hours”, “Overtime type” and “Amount” will be added automatically.
  4. Add notes and attachments.
  5. Click on the “Request” button.
 

  • Air Ticket Requests

    Through this page, you will be able to request an air ticket that is granted to you.

  1. Choose “Owner name” (You or a family member).
  2. Select “Air ticket policy”.
  3. Select “Effective on” date.
  4. Enter “Amount”.
  5. Add notes and attachments.
  6. Click on “Request”


  • My Salaries

    Through this page, you will be able to view your salary slips and download them in PDF format.

  • My Timesheets

    Through this page, you will be able to fill your timesheets, send them to your manager for approval, and check their status. 

 
 

After clicking on the “Create a Time-sheet” button, the below screen will appear to add your daily working hours per project.


After creating your timesheet, you will be able to check its approval status and details by clicking on the “Details” button.

 

  • My loans

    Through this page, you will be able to view and check the details of your loans, in addition to requesting a new loan.


  1. Choose the Loan Type
  2. Select the effective date of the loan.
  3. Enter the loan Amount 
  4. You can either enter the installment amount or number of payments and the system will automatically calculate the rest for you.
  5. Add notes and attachments
  6. Click on the “Send Request” button.

 

Documents 

Through this list, you will be able to upload your documents and view any type of document that has been shared from the HR admin’s side.

 

Requests 

Through this page, you will be able to find a list of all the requests that you can use, in addition to miscellaneous requests.
