Employees’ Air Tickets Requests on ZenHR

In this user manual, we will go through the steps in which an employee can request Air Tickets through ZenHR.


Air Ticket Requests


Main Menu à Payroll à Financial Requests

 

Through this page, you will be able to see a list of air tickets you have previously requested, submit new requests, and check the status of your requests.

 

 

To submit a new request, click on the “Request” button at the right top corner of the page, which will direct you to the “New Air Ticket Request” page as shown below.

 

 

Below is an example of how to request an air ticket.

 


Field Name

Description

 

Owner Name

 

The ticket can be requested for the employee or one of his/her family members.

 

Air ticket policy

An air ticket policy that has been configured previously by HR can be added to the employee’s profile.

 

Effective on

 

 

The date of the transaction.

 

Amount

The transaction value (The system will automatically show the maximum amount for your request).

 

Currency

Transaction currency, which will be automatically selected based on the branch setup.

 

Notes

 

An employee can here explain why they are requesting this transaction.

 

Attachments

 

Which can be used to attach any documents related to the request.

 

 

After filling in all the fields, click on the “Request” button at the end of the page.

 

 

*Note: Your request will go through an approval cycle and you will be notified once it is approved/rejected, it will be added to your salary depending on its effective date.
