LinkedIn Apply Connect Integration
We are excited to introduce our latest integration on ZenATS, LinkedIn Apply Connect. This integration simplifies the hiring process for recruiters, bringing you an application process that is fast, easy, and highly accessible to candidates. By activating this integration, jobseekers can apply to your job vacancies directly from LinkedIn Job Postings or through ZenATS.

How to Connect Your Company’s LinkedIn with ZenATS
To connect your company’s LinkedIn account with your ZenATS account, go to User Menu → System Preferences → Connected Applications
Then, under LinkedIn Job Posting & Apply Connect, click “Connect to LinkedIn”.
This will take you to your company's LinkedIn account integration page.
This page has 2 separate parts for each LinkedIn integration. The first section is for LinkedIn Job Posting, and the other is for Apply Connect (requires a recruiter account on LinkedIn).
To proceed with either integration, you must complete the fields and add the details under the first section, LinkedIn Job Posting.
LinkedIn Job Posting Settings
In this section, enter your LinkedIn Company ID or Company Page Link, which will allow you to post your job vacancies on LinkedIn directly from ZenATS.
To find your LinkedIn Company ID, follow these steps: https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/a415420/
Once you enter your Company ID or URL, you can review it by clicking on "Test Company ID". This action allows you to preview your company's LinkedIn profile before clicking “Connect”.
Once you’ve successfully connected your Company’s LinkedIn account to ZenATS, you can select your desired candidate application option:
Apply on LinkedIn: Selecting this option synchronizes applications within LinkedIn, enabling candidates to apply directly from the job posting using Easy Apply. The application form questions are directed to LinkedIn for candidates to answer on the platform.
Apply on ZenATS: Selecting this option syncs applications on ZenATS, directing applicants from the LinkedIn job posting to ZenATS for application submission.
The option you select will set the default posting type for future vacancies you create and intend to share on LinkedIn.
To update the posting type for all previous active job vacancies shared on LinkedIn, simply click the "Apply to All Previous Job Postings" button.
LinkedIn Apply Connect Setup
If you have a LinkedIn Recruiter account, Apply Connect allows you to view an applicant's LinkedIn profile highlights & their full profile directly from ZenATS, and applicants will receive automatic notifications when their application is viewed, downloaded, or rejected.
Under the Apply Connect section, click the "Manage Contract" button, which will allow you to select your contract. Once you've chosen your contract, your Apply Connect setup will be complete and ready to go.
From here, you will also be able to choose whether you wish to send notifications to candidates.
Apply Connect Notifications to Applicants
Applicants who have applied through Apply Connect receive automatic notifications about their application's status—whether it's been viewed, downloaded, or rejected—keeping them updated throughout the process.
Apply Connect New Tab & Widget
Once you have your Apply Connect integration activated, applicants who have applied through Apply Connect will have a new widget. Here, you can see where the Application Source is from, the Applied Candidates stage table, as well as a new LinkedIn tab that allows you to conveniently view the applicant's LinkedIn profile highlights without having to leave ZenATS.
LinkedIn Job Postings/Apply Connect on Job Level
You have the flexibility to choose the job posting type for each individual job; in order to do so, go to the desired vacancy, then go to the Vacancy actions list → Sharing & Referrals
Click “Share to Job Boards” and activate the LinkedIn toggle.
If your global settings are set to "Apply on ZenATS", and you select "Apply on ZenATS" per job, candidates will be redirected to ZenATS when applying.
If your global settings are set to "Apply on ZenATS", but you select "Apply on LinkedIn" per job, the posting becomes an Easy Apply, enabling candidates to apply directly from LinkedIn without redirection.
If your global settings are set to "Apply on LinkedIn", but you select "Apply on ZenATS" per job, candidates will be redirected to ZenATS upon application.
If your global settings are set to "Apply on LinkedIn", and you select "Apply on LinkedIn" per job, the posting becomes an Easy Apply, enabling candidates to apply directly from LinkedIn without redirection.
This logic remains consistent whether you have LinkedIn Job Posting or Apply Connect activated.
