Financial Requests

In this user manual, we will go through the steps in which an employee can request any financial transaction through ZenHR.

Main Menu à Payroll à Financial Requests


Through this page, you will be able to view a list of your financial requests, submit a new request, and check the status of your requests.

 

 

To submit a new request, click on the “Request” button at the right top corner of the page. You will then be directed to the “New Financial Transaction” page as shown below.

 

 

Below is an example that explains how you can request a financial transaction.

 

 

Field Name

Description

Transaction name

Name of the requested transaction, which can be either income or deduction (You will only see the types of transactions that can be requested).

Effective on

The date of the transaction.

Amount

The transaction value.

Currency

Transaction currency (It will be automatically selected depending on the branch setup).

Notes

This section can be used to explain why you are requesting this transaction.

Attachments

This section can be used to attach any documents related to your request.

  

After filling in all the fields, click on the “Request” button at the end of the page.

 

*Note: Your request will go through an approval cycle and you will be notified once it is approved/rejected. It will then be added to your salary depending on its effective date.
