Loans Importer
Through this feature, financial administrators can effortlessly import employees' loan transactions into ZenHR with just one click.
How to Activate This Feature?
Main Menu → Payroll → Manage Loans
On the Manage Loans page, click on the "Import Loans" button to start importing your employees' loan transactions from Excel sheets.
Upon clicking "Import Loans," a popup screen will appear, allowing you to download the necessary template. Fill in the required details and proceed with the import process.
Click on “Download Template”, on the template, add the necessary loan details, and once completed, upload it under Attachment.
Once you have imported the filled template, you can track the status of the imported records by clicking "Imported Sheets", which provides details on all successful and unsuccessful imports.
