Loans report allows HR admins to “export their employees’ loans and installments’ details”.
How to Activate This Feature
Main Menu à Reports à Financial Reports à Loans Report
Through this feature, and using the filters on this page, the HR admin will be able to export two types of loans’ reports:
- The Summarized Loans Report:
The summarized report allows you to export the loan details of your employees. It includes the loan amount, payment dates, and approval status.
- The Detailed Loans Report:
The detailed report allows you to export the loan details of your employees. It includes the loan amount, payment dates, and approval status, in addition to detailed information about the installments due and the date of each installment.
By clicking the button Generate, the system will start the calculation process and a notification message will be shown to the HR admin once done. The HR admin can then proceed to download the requested report as an excel sheet.
