Internal Job Board
The Internal Job Board in ZenATS allows you to share job vacancies exclusively with your employees, promoting internal mobility and helping you fill roles with existing talent. This feature allows you to easily set up and manage your internal job board, control access, and enable employees to apply directly to internal opportunities.
Internal Job Board Set Up
To set up your internal job board, go to User Menu → System Preferences → Company Settings → Internal Job Board.
To activate your internal job board, on the Internal Job Board page activate the toggle. Then add the accepted email domains. Only the people with the email domains you add can access the internal job board.
You can copy the job board link and share it directly with your employees, or go to the job board to view it.
When an employee tries to access the board, they will be prompted to enter their email address. A link will be sent to their inbox, granting them access to the job board.
If the email is from a non-accepted domain, access will be denied.
Application Form Questions
When creating an application form for a vacancy, you can now specify if you want the question you are adding to appear in the internal application form, the external application form, or both.
Sharing Internal Vacancies
From the vacancy's share page, you can now choose to share the vacancy internally, externally, or both by toggling the options on or off.
Internal Job Board on ZenHR
Employees can view the internal job board on ZenHR either through the new internal job board widget or on their dashboards.
Or they can go to Main Menu → Employees → Open Vacancies → Internal Job Board.
