How to Add Vacancies
From the top of the ZenATS dashboard, click the "Add Vacancy" button. Then, follow the next steps.
Vacancy Information
First, under Vacancy Information, provide the following: job title for the open vacancy, select the branch and department, set the number of people you’re seeking to hire for the vacancy, and add the job description.
Additionally, you can specify which users will have access to the vacancy.
Application Form
Secondly, on the Application Form page, you can specify the questions you want to include in the application form for this vacancy.
To learn more about the application form, click here.
Hiring Stages
Lastly, on this page, you'll see the three default stages for your vacancy:
- Applied Candidates: This stage includes all candidates who have applied directly through a public vacancy page or job boards.
- Sourced: This includes the candidates you upload or manually add to the vacancy.
- Hired: This is the final stage of the hiring pipeline.
You can customize your hiring stages by adding new stages between the Sourced and Hired stages by clicking “Add stage”. You can name and reorder any new stages you add.
Additionally, you can save the customized hiring stages you have created as a template for future use or select from a list of existing templates.
Vacancy Activated
After completing the setup, you can save the job as a draft or activate the vacancy.
The vacancy will be private by default for internal use. To make it public, activate the "Make Vacancy Public" toggle. This will allow applicants to start applying for the vacancy.
To view the vacancy page and start the hiring process, click “Go to Vacancy”.
Here, you can view the vacancy, all the applicants, the hiring stages, and more.
To edit vacancy information, application forms, or hiring stages, click the actions icon (⋮) at the top right corner of the vacancy page. Then click on “Edit Vacancy.” You will find a page with three tabs where you can edit the desired information.
