How to activate ZenHR’s integration with Muqeem 

Activating the Integration on Muqeem’s Platform

By following the steps below, you will be able to activate the integration between ZenHR and Muqeem’s platform in Saudi Arabia, so that you can benefit from the features of Muqeem’s platform directly from within ZenHR, provided that your company’s subscription on Muqeem is an “Effective Comprehensive Subscription إشتراك شامل فعال”.

 

Steps to link your ZenHR account with Muqeem

 

First, log in to your company’s account on Muqeem’s platform and follow the below steps:

 

Step 1: From the user list on the right of the screen, go to:


Organization Management → Organizations Information → Points and Packages 


Then click on the Add New Subscription button.

 


Step 2: From the page Add a New Subscription إضافة اشتراك جديد, you will see the API integration options for the Muqeem platform that are available for your company. Choose "Indirect API Package غير مباشر API باقة".


 

By clicking on the "Learn More إعرف المزيد" button, you will find the details of the setup and the subscription fees for the indirect API package غير المباشر API باقة.

 

 

 

Step 3: Read the terms and conditions الشروط والأحكام, click the Agree المُوافقة button, and then click the “selecting the integration partner اختيار شريك الربط” button.

 


Step 4: From the integration partners list, select "ZenHR زن اتش ار" and then click on the "Subscribe إشتراك" button.

 

 

   

Step 5: As soon as the success message "The subscription request has been sent successfully تم إرسال طلب الاشتراك بنجاح" appears, ZenHR will contact the entity responsible for approving the request and provide it with the name of your establishment as registered on the Muqeem platform.

 

 

 

Once the payment has been verified غير المباشر API باقة  on your company's account on Muqeem’s platform, please make sure that the status of subscribing to the indirect API package becomes valid فعالة by returning to the “Company Information معلومات المنشاة” page.


Accessing Muqeem’s services page on ZenHR

Step 1: Log in to your account on ZenHR.

Step 2: Go to System Preferences → Integration Setup → Muqeem Integration Setup

Step 3: Click on the green activation button تفعيل.



Step 4: Log in to Muqeem with your company’s username and password, to be able to complete the activation and link ZenHR with Muqeem.
