Integrating ZenATS with ZenHR
ZenATS is an AI-powered Applicant Tracking System that helps you streamline your entire hiring process, from posting job openings and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and generating offers. It’s built to simplify recruitment while delivering a great experience for both recruiters and candidates.
How to integrate ZenATS with ZenHR:
Log in to your ZenATS account.
Go to the user menu, then click on
“System Preferences”.
Go to Connected Applications.
Then go to ZenHR’s integration section.
Click on “Connect to ZenHR”.
After clicking “Connect to ZenHR”, a pop-up will appear asking you to enter your ZenHR credentials. The credentials must be for an admin user on ZenHR.
After entering your credentials, you can start matching your branches between ZenATS and ZenHR. If any branches are missing, simply click “Duplicate branch name” to copy them from ZenHR to ZenATS.
Once all branches are connected, you can match the departments under each branch. If any departments are missing, click “Duplicate department name” to copy them from ZenHR to ZenATS.
Once you've matched all branches and departments, your ZenATS integration setup is complete. You can now start creating vacancies from ZenHR, onboard candidates from ZenATS to ZenHR, and seamlessly manage your recruitment through ZenATS.
