Activate Zoom Integration for Super Admins 


User Menu  System Preferences 


Activate the  Zoom integration and allow users to connect their ZenATS accounts to Zoom. Click “System Preferences”, then under Settings, click “Connected Applications”.   



Once you click “Connected Applications,” you’ll find all of ZenATS’s integrations. In the Zoom section, click on the "Activate for your company" button to enable Zoom integration for your company.   



After activating Zoom, users will then be able to connect their Zoom accounts.


How to Connect Zoom Accounts

To connect a Zoom account, go to Account Settings and click “Account Preferences.” Here, you can connect your Zoom accounts and select whether you prefer Zoom or the ZenATS Video Interview tool as your default interview tool.


Click "Make Default Interview Tool" to set Zoom as your default option for creating video interviews.



You can also connect your Zoom account from the Connected Applications page. Once the Zoom integration is activated, click Your Account Preferences in the Zoom section to connect and set up your Zoom account.  



Create Instant Meetings 


To create instant meetings, go to a vacancy and access the desired candidate’s profile. From there, click the drop-down button near the candidates' name, and click "Start Video Interview” from the drop-down list. 



A new page will open once you click this option, showing the candidate profile alongside the video interview window. The window that opens will be the default video interview tool you selected during setup. To begin the interview, click on "Start Video Interview".

You can seamlessly conduct the meeting with the candidate as you view their profile and CV. 


Additionally, during the meeting, you can add comments on their timelines, review documentssend emailsschedule eventscreate feedback formsgenerate offerscreate testsonboard them on ZenHR, or copy them to another vacancy.

To enlarge the candidate page for better viewing, click the expand icon at the top right of the candidate header. This action will minimize the video interview window. 



To invite the candidate to the video interview, click "Share Interview Link". A window will appear, allowing you to either email the video interview link to the candidate or directly copy it.



Multiple Scheduled Interviews


If you attempt to initiate an instant meeting with a candidate who has multiple interviews scheduled for the same day, a window will pop up displaying all their scheduled interviews along with their details. It will also include a button allowing you to access each interview.



Connecting Your Zoom Account Through Zoom App Marketplace 


  • Go to the Zoom App Marketplace & search for ZenATS. When the ZenATS page appears, click on "Add for Myself." This will connect your Zoom account with ZenATS.


  • Grant ZenATS the necessary permission to access the items listed. 



  • Managing ZenATS’s Connection: To manage ZenATS's access to your Zoom account, click on Personal Management, then go to Added Apps

  • Here, you can review and modify ZenATS's permissions and access settings or remove the app if necessary.


How to View Your Recorded Zoom Meetings 


When you finish a Zoom meeting, ZenATS will automatically capture the recording details from Zoom. 

Once the recording is ready, the direct link to the recording will appear in both the candidate's timeline and the activity log.

  • Job Candidate Timeline:  The link to the recorded meeting can be found in the Candidate’s timeline, as shown below. 

  • Dashboard - Activity Timeline:  The link to the recorded meeting can also be found in the Activity Log on your dashboard.



Manage Approved Users from Zoom 


As an admin on Zoom, you can manage who you would like to allow to add Zoom on ZenATS. 



Then you can select the option “Specific users or groups on your account” , then add them below. 


An email notification will be sent to users to let them know that they can add the Zoom app.
