Email Notifications on ZenATS

ZenATS's latest updates to the Email Notifications are designed to elevate your communication experience and give you greater control over your emails. With enhancements such as Improved Mention Email Notifications, Enhanced Calendar Invite Details, and Grouped New Candidate Emails, you can now enjoy a more streamlined and personalized approach to managing your notifications. 

You can also customize your email branding with our new Logo Customization feature and tailor your notifications to fit your needs with Notification Customization. 

Here's What's New:

Improved Mention Email Notifications

Now, when you are mentioned in any comments on ZenATS, you will receive our new fresh, redesigned notifications. This will allow you to easily keep track of discussions you’re a part of by efficiently viewing the comments you are mentioned in.

Enhanced Calendar Invite Details

Both users and candidates will now be able to view more event details in email calendar event 

invites. Additional information, such as candidate names, event descriptions, and locations, can now be found in calendars and calendar invites.

Grouping New Candidate Emails

Instead of receiving emails every time a candidate applies to a vacancy, you’ll now receive a single email with all the applicants’ CVs that had applied the previous day.  This will help you keep better track of how many candidates have applied to your active vacancies without having to sort through tons of emails.  

Email Branding Logo Customization 

You can now also personalize "Thank You" emails sent to candidates after they have applied to your vacancies by adding your company’s logo.

• To customize your company logo, on the user menu, go to  System Preferences →  Company Settings → Email Branding 
• Then, on this page, upload the company logo you would like to have displayed. 

• You can preview the email by sending a test email to your own email or any address of your choice.

Notification Customization

You can customize your email notifications by selecting the specific notifications you want to receive.

• To customize your notifications, on the user menu, go to View Profile. 
• On this page, under Notification Settings, select the actions you would like to be notified of by checking the desired boxes.
