Go to the employee’s profile and from there click on the Assets Tab

Then click  “Add” and select the asset type and asset you’d like to assign to them.
Enter the assigned date, add notes, a return date, and any attachments

When an asset is assigned:

  • The employee receives a notification and an email to confirm that they have received the asset.

  • The asset status will be “Awaiting Recipient Confirmation” until the employee confirms they have received it.
