How to ask your employees to do a specific task


HR admins can assign tasks to employees and monitor the progress of those tasks. In addition, you have the option to view pending tasks and other important notifications on your HR dashboard.

How to create a new task

 
Main Menu à Employees à Manage Tasks

Through this page, you will be able to view all the sent tasks and their status (completed, pending, canceled).


  • To add a new task, click on the “Add” button.

  • Select the “Task Type” (Upload Document, Download Document, Give Asset, etc.) 
  • Select the Employee Name in the field “Assigned to”. 
  • Select the Document Category – This option may vary based on the task type.
  • Write any notes.


Mass Task


This feature allows you to send a task to more than one employee at the same time.

To send a mass task to employees follow the steps below:

  • Click on the drop-down menu arrow beside the Add Task Button as shown in the image above.
  • Choose the task type you want to send for your employees.
  • Select the Document Category - Such as Passport, Experience letter… (This option may vary depending on the Task Type).
  • Add notes.
  • Assign to – Here you can select the employees you want to send the task to. For example, you can send the task for a specific work location, department, or gender. Or you can leave this field empty, so it can be sent out to all employees.
  • Click on “Create Task”.
