Generating Provision Report on ZenHR

In this user manual, we will go through the steps in which you can generate a Provision report to determine the cost of terminating a specific employee, department, section.

To generate a provision report on ZenHR, please follow the below steps:

Main Menu à Reports à Financial Reports à Provision Report

Through the “Provision Report” page, you will be able to check the cost of terminating a specific employee, department, section.

You can customize the columns that will be shown in the generated report.

After selecting the columns to be shown in the report, click on the “View” button. The columns can be sorted as needed by clicking on the report’s header as shown in the screenshot below.

The report can be exported in Excel and PDF format as shown in the screenshot below.
