The Time Off Transactions Report in ZenHR provides a detailed overview of all employee time off transactions within a specified date range. This report is essential for tracking employee leave and ensuring accurate record-keeping.


Accessing the Time Off Transactions Report

Go to Main Menu  Reports  Time Off Transactions Report




Generating a Time Off Transactions Report

  1. Date Range: Select the start and end date for the report.

  2. General Filters: Apply filters to narrow down the data:

    • Employee Name: Select specific employees.

    • Transaction Name: Filter by the type of time off (e.g., Annual Leave, Sick Leave).

    • Work Location: Filter by the employee’s work location.

    • Departments, Section, Project, Hierarchy Group: Further refine the report by these organizational attributes.

    • Status: Select to include only approved, pending, or all statuses.

    • Employee Number: Filter by employee numbers.

  3. Table Results: Choose which columns to display in the report, such as available balance, transaction status, and employee hierarchy.

  4. Click “Generate Report” to view the report based on the selected criteria.

Exporting the Report

The generated report can be exported in different formats, such as PDF or Excel, for further analysis or record-keeping.
