Financial Transactions Report
This feature allows HR admins to generate a financial transactions report on ZenHR, for both in-cycle and off-cycle transactions.
Generating Financial Transactions Report
To find this field, please follow the following steps:
Main Menu à Reports à Financial Reports à Financial Transactions Report
Through this page, you will be able to generate a report for all the financial transactions that have been added to an employee during a specific period, whether the transactions are paid as part of the payroll or as an off-cycle transaction.
You can also select the type of data that you want to appear in the report as shown below:
After entering the report period, filtering the details, and selecting the data that you want to appear on the report; you can now click on the “View” button as well as you can sort the report by clicking on the report header.
You can also export the report as an Excel Sheet or a PDF.
