Evaluation Cycle Results Overview Report
The Evaluation Cycle Results Overview Report helps you analyze performance across multiple evaluation cycles within a selected year. It allows you to assign a weighted percentage to each cycle so you can calculate a final score that reflects the relative importance of each evaluation period.
Example: If you run four evaluation cycles in a year, you can assign weights like 20%, 30%, 25%, and 25%. This way, the final average score better represents how much each cycle should contribute to the overall performance.
