General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) Contribution Rates Integration

We have introduced a powerful new enhancement that supports the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) vision to streamline social insurance operations, accelerate digital transformation, and ensure real-time accuracy in payroll and compliance processes. 

To maintain compliance and simplify payroll alignment with GOSI regulations, we recommend activating the “GOSI Contribution Rates” integration.

With this update, ZenHR enables you to automatically retrieve both employee and employer deduction rates directly from GOSI’s system, saving time, reducing errors, and ensuring effortless compliance. 

How to Activate the GOSI Integration

From the Main Menu, go to Marketplace Integrations.



On the Marketplace Integration & Partner Offers, you will find the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) and click the “Setup” button.



*If you already have GOSI branches set up in ZenHR, you can start from Step 2.

Step 1: Add GOSI Branches 

To add GOSI branches, click on “Add GOSI branch” and then add all the necessary information.



Step 2: Activate GOSI Contribution Rates for GOSI Branches

To activate GOSI Contribution Rates for a branch, click the action button (⋮) next to the desired branch and select Activate GOSI Contribution Rates from the dropdown menu.




  1. To retrieve the relevant information from the GOSI platform:

  • Log in to the GOSI Business Platform (منصة التأمينات الاجتماعية – أعمال)

  • Then navigate to Establishment Services in the side menu.




  • Click “API Access”.

  • Then generate the API Key. 





2. Fill in the relevant information on ZenHR 

To activate the integration between ZenHR and GOSI, follow the steps below:

  1. Fill in the Client ID, Client Secret, and Private Key with the information retrieved from the GOSI platform.

  2. Then click on “Activate”.  

  3. Add Other branches if needed. 

Now that you have added your GOSI branches, you need to connect your employees on ZenHR to their correct Branch on GOSI. 

Step 3: Connect Employees on ZenHR to their GOSI branches 

  • Go to the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) Integrations page.

  • Click on the “Connected People” button.




On the Connected People page, click on the editicon. Then you can link employees to GOSI and connect each employee to the desired GOSI branch. 





Note: 

  • We recommend activating this feature before running salary calculations to avoid any discrepancies. 

  • Please note that the GOSI rule in each employee’s salary package will remain the same; only their salary slips and reports will be updated.

  • The rates pulled from the GOSI integration are taken directly from the official GOSI platform, so employees’ salaries may change if they were previously assigned an incorrect or different rule.
