ZenHR & Ejari Integration - User Guide

Ejari is a leading digital platform that simplifies the renting process by offering convenient tenancy services and flexible payment plans.

ZenHR’s integration with Ejari makes it easy for employees in Saudi Arabia to manage their housing needs through a “rent now, pay later” service. 

With this integration, employees can apply for Ejari’s tenancy services (renting a house or apartment) directly from the ZenHR Mobile App, with no need to visit other websites or fill out external forms.

Once the request is submitted, Ejari reviews the employee’s details, determines eligibility, and then contacts them to finalize the rental agreement and payment plan.

This guide walks employees through using the Ejari feature in ZenHR step by step, from submitting a request to tracking its status.

How to Request Ejari Services on ZenHR

To access the Ejari service:

  1. Open the ZenHR Mobile App on your device → From the Homepage, click on the “My Actions” section.

  2. Click on the new icon labeled “Rent Now Pay Later” (Ejari).


3. Once on the Ejari page, click on “Continue”

4. Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions, then click “Request Ejari Service”.

When you click “Request Ejari Services”, a form will appear displaying your personal details.

  • Review the pre-filled information carefully to ensure it’s correct.

  • Fill in any missing details if required.

  • Enter the requested rental amount for your house/apartment.

Once all the required fields are filled, click  “Request”.



The Required Information

The following employee details are required for Ejari to process the request:

  • National ID / Iqama Number

  • Phone Number

  • Birth Date

  • Total Rent Amount (total yearly rent for the house/apartment)

Note: Most of the above details are auto-filled from your ZenHR profile. Please review and ensure they are accurate before submitting.

OTP Verification

After submitting the request, the user’s identity will be verified through a One-Time Password (OTP).

Follow the steps below to complete the process successfully:

  1. Once you click “Request,” an SMS containing an OTP code is sent to the phone number you entered.

  2. Enter the received OTP code in the designated field.

  3. After entering the OTP, click on “Submit” to proceed with the request submission.

  4. If the code entered is incorrect, an error message will appear prompting you to try again or request a new OTP code.

Note: Make sure the phone number in your profile is correct to ensure you receive the OTP successfully.


After Submitting the Request

Once your request has been submitted:

  • Ejari will receive the details of your request from ZenHR.

  • They will begin reviewing your information.

  • You don’t need to take any further action at this stage. Ejari will handle the review process.


Ejari Review & Approval Process

Ejari will:

  1. Review your personal and financial information.

  2. Check your credit history and eligibility for the service.

  3. Approve or reject the request based on internal criteria.

Contact & Contract Signing

If your request is approved:

  1. Ejari will contact you directly via phone or email to confirm your request.

  2. You will be asked to review and sign a contract.

  3. Ejari will then schedule the payments as agreed in your contract.

If your request is not approved, Ejari will notify you of the reason for rejection and/or any additional information required.
