Time Attendance Module

Through this feature, admin users will be able to manage their employees’ attendance by importing the fingerprint sheets from the machine.

Attendance Setup

 

User Menu à System Preferences à Attendance & Time-Tracking à Attendance Setup

 

Through the setup, the user can select the default type of time-off transactions that are related to attendance transactions and assign employees to their shifts.



Work Shifts

 

User Menu à System Preferences à Attendance & Time-Tracking à Work Shifts



Through this page, the user will be able to define the employee's shift rules as shown in the below figures and after clicking the add button.


 

The below table will describe the screen fields:

Employee shift name (ex. Regular Shift)

The flexible shift leaves afterThe period of time that the system will start to deduct leaves from employee balance after if the shift is fixable
Morning Leave AfterNumber of minutes that the system will start counts as leave after the start time
Early Out Leave BeforeNumber of minutes that the system will start count as leave before end time
Overtime AfterNumber of minutes that the system will start count as overtime after end time
Flexible Shift

The user can set the number of working hours, any extra time will be counted as overtime, and if the actual hours are less than the working hours it will be counted as leave.
Days OffThe off days for this shift


After creating the shifts, the user will be able to assign all the employees to a specific shift by clicking the button Assign Shift.


Employees Shifts

This page allows users to check employees' shifts and edit them.


 

Employees Card ID

To link the employees to their accounts in the fingerprint machine, the user should add their card ID in the personal data from their profiles as shown in the below figure.


 


Attendance Module Pages

Import Sheet

Through this page, the user will be able to upload the attendance sheet exported from the fingerprint machine, by adding the period, selecting the file type, and the sheet.

History

Through this page, the user will be able to view all the uploaded sheets and delete it.


 

Manage Attendance Records 

This page allows the user to check all the attendance data and to update it in case there were missing entry and exit times.


 

Recommendation

This page will help the HR user by recommending time-off and overtime transactions according to employees’ attendance transactions, shifts, and the default setup.
