How to Create an Accumulative Attendance Report on ZenHR
This feature allows you to create two types of accumulative attendance reports for your employees, Summarized and Detailed.
Summarized Accumulative Attendance Report
The summarized Accumulative Attendance Report includes the following details:
- Employment number
- Employee name
- The report’s selected time period.
- Total required working hours
- Total working hours
Detailed Accumulative Attendance Report
In the Detailed Accumulated Attendance Report, the following information is included day by day:
- Employment number
- Employee name
- Attendance card ID
- Attendance machine name
- Attendance date
- The total required working hours per day
- Entry time
- Exit time
- Total working hours
To Generate a Detailed/Summarized Accumulative Attendance Report, go to the Main menu à Time Management à Accumulative Attendance Report
Then, select the period for which you would like to generate the report.
You can also include more details in your report by checking one or more of the following checkboxes.
- Employee Shift Details: This allows you to view the full details of the work shift.
- Employee Hierarchy: This shows the organizational level of the employee.
- Time-Offs Details: The total number of hours taken as a time-off.
- Show Overtime: This shows the total number of overtime hours.
You can use the below filters to generate the report for a specific employee, department, work location, section, etc. However, if you prefer to generate a report that includes all the employee attendance details, do not fill out any of the filters’ fields.
Finally, click on the “Generate” button at the top right corner of the page. Then the system will notify you once the Accumulative Attendance Report is ready to be downloaded.
