Managing The Attendance Card ID

Attendance Card ID is the employee’s ID that is registered in the fingerprint machine. Whether you are using an online or offline integration, you have to ensure that the employee ID in the fingerprint machine is completely identical to the attendance card ID in ZenHR.

How to add or modify the Attendance Card ID

User Menu à System Preferences à Attendance & Time Tracking à Machines

The Employees Attendance Card ID list will appear, by clicking on the “Edit” button you will able to modify the Attendance Card ID, make the changes, and hit update.
