Employee Punches Details Report
We are delighted to introduce a revamped and upgraded version of our Employee Punches Details Report, formerly the Attendance Report. This upgrade offers an improved and user-friendly interface for seamless tracking and analysis of employee attendance.
With an array of new additional filters, you now have the flexibility to filter the report based on various criteria, allowing for more specific results and accurate analysis of attendance patterns.
The report has also been expanded with a diverse set of new columns and customization options. This ensures that you now have access to a broader array of information, offering a comprehensive overview of all employee punches details, including punch function, type, date, time, added by, interval (for split shifts), machine name, Card ID, punch geolocation name, and URL.

Main Menu → Reports → Attendance & Time Tracking Reports → Employee Punches Details Report
The reports have been relocated under Reports, where you'll find a new section, Attendance & Time Tracking Reports. There, you can find the enhanced Employee Punches Details Report.
Filtering Options
Enhance the precision of your reports with our comprehensive multi-select filtering options, designed to refine and tailor your insights.
These filters allow you to customize reports according to specific criteria, and you can select multiple values within each filter.
The Date Range filter is required to ensure accurate and relevant data selection. Users can further filter based on Employee Name, Position, Work Location, Department, Section, Main Project, Hierarchy Group, Work Type, and Work Shift.
Customization Options
Customize your report with the following options, allowing you to show or hide the columns that will appear in your report. The options include:
Employee Details: This includes employees' personal and professional information.
Punches Details: This includes the punches function and type, date and time, by whom the punch was added, interval (for split shift), machine name, Card ID, punch geolocation name, and URL.
Users can also save the selected columns for future use, providing a convenient option for quick access to preferred configurations.
