Candidate Timeline Filtration Tools
When accessing a candidate’s timeline, you can easily filter activities based on specific actions or filter by user, giving you greater control and insights.
To filter the timeline by a certain action, click “By action.”
The actions you can filter include:
Comment - This will filter all new comments, replies, and mentions.
Email - This will filter all new emails and replies.
Event - This will filter all active events, canceled events, new events, and updated events.
Actions on candidate - This will filter all actions taken on the candidate. (Copy candidate, Delete candidate, Disqualify candidate, Move candidate, Qualify candidate, Restore candidate, Update candidate, and Update disqualification).
Video interview - This will filter all video interviews.
Recent offers - This will filter all new offers.
Tests - This will filter all tests created, and tests finished.
Feedback forms - This will filter all created feedback forms and updated feedback forms.
To filter by users, click “By User” to filter the activities of users on the candidate’s timeline.
Whether you filter “By Action,” “By User,” or both, the candidate timeline will display all the selected activities.
