Generate Job Offer for Candidate

How to Generate Job Offers for Candidates: 

  1. Go to Vacancies and select the desired vacancy. 
  2. Then, on the Vacancy Page, select the candidate you would like to generate an offer to from the list.
  3. On the candidate’s page, click the actions icon () in the top right corner.
  4. Click “Generate Offer” from the dropdown menu. 



After clicking on “Generate Offer”, a slider will appear where you can choose the offer template you would like to generate for the candidate. 


Choose a template from the dropdown list of added templates for the branch. 

To add templates, contact support@zenhr.com 



Complete the fields under Generate Offer, and check the “Email candidate” box if you would like to send the offer in an email as an attachment.



After the offer is generated, you can find it on the candidate timeline if you’d like to view or download it.
