Give Tests to Candidate

How to Give Tests to Candidates:

First, you must connect to your Testello account to give tests to candidates. 

To connect to Testello:

Go to User Menu → System Preferences

Then, go to Connected Applications and connect to your Testello account by entering your Testello username and password. 

Give Tests to Candidates

Once your Testello account is connected to ZenATS, to give a test to a candidate, follow these steps:

• Go to Vacancies and select the desired vacancy. 
• Then, on the Vacancy Page, select the candidate from the list whom you would like to take the test.
• Click the actions icon (⋮) in the top right corner of the candidate's page.
• Click “Give Test” from the dropdown menu.  

A popup will appear that includes the tests available from the Testello account:

• General Predefined Tests from Testello
• Test Bundles: You can create your own test bundles by adding two or more tests in one bundle and naming the bundle on Testello.
• Customized Tests: to customize your own test, contact support@zenhr.com.

After choosing the desired test, you can select the test language: Arabic or English.

Then click on “Create”, and a link will appear for the test that is customized for the candidate. Send this link to your candidate so they can start their test.

You can see the activity of the created test on the candidate timeline as well as the link to the test.

After the candidate has finished the test, you can see the results on the candidate's timeline.
