ZenAI: AI Matching & AI Recommended Candidates 

Discover the future of recruitment with ZenATS' new tool, ZenAI. This powerful feature automatically matches candidates from your company's talent pool to active vacancies. ZenATS’s AI Matching analyzes job descriptions and three key criteria from candidate CVs—experience, education, and skills. ZenAI will ensure you identify the best fit for your open vacancies. 

Find Matching Candidates 

When entering a vacancy, you can now Browse ZenAI Picks, which are the number of recommended candidates from the Talent Pool that AI matched to the job description based on their experience, education, or skills.  

Click on Browse ZenAI Picks to view all the AI-matched candidates, along with the percentage of their match, profiles, and the criteria on which they were matched. 

Here, you can navigate through the recommended candidates to determine who fits the vacancy based on their matching score:

You can also add candidates to the Sourced stage of the vacancy by clicking “Add to Sourced” or remove them from the recommendations by clicking the “Remove” button and selecting one or more reasons for removal.

When a candidate is added to a vacancy through ZenAI recommendations, their application source will appear as AI Recommendation.

Another way to view the recommended candidates is through a new button added on the top right corner of the vacancy header, “Browse ZenAI Picks”.   

Additionally, we added a new column in the Applied Candidates stage that displays the match percentage scores of each candidate who applied to the vacancy. 

You can sort the column or filter applicants based on their matching score using the new Applicant Match filter. 

Note: Any updates in the vacancy’s job description or the candidate’s experience, education, or skills will affect the matching score.
