ZenAI: Writing Assistant on ZenATS


ZenAI brings you your own writing assistant right on ZenATS. Whether you need to create job descriptions for open job vacancies, draft personalized emails to candidates, develop email templates, generate content for your careers page, or refine any text, ZenAI simplifies the process with ease and efficiency.

Writing Job Description with ZenAI 

When creating a new job vacancy on ZenATS, you can utilize ZenAI to write job descriptions for you. To use ZenAI for generating a job description, follow these steps:


  • Click “Create Vacancy”

  • Then, on the Create Vacancy page, enter the details under Vacancy Information

  • In the Job description section, click the new ZenAI icon that appears in the text box. 



Then click on the “Generate Job Description” option that appears. 
ZenAI automatically generates a job description for the vacancy you are creating based on the information you have added above.

Writing Emails to Candidate 


To use ZenAI when writing an email to the candidate, go to the desired candidate’s page within the vacancy, then click on “Send an Email”


Fill in the email subject, then click on the ZenAI icon. 


Click “Generate Email”, then ZenAI will automatically write an email for you based on the subject you have added. 


 You can also select one of the templates that were previously created in the ZenAI drop-down list.


You can also use the Keywords under the text box to assist you in writing the email.

Generating Email Templates


Go to System Preferences, then click on “Add Email Template”.


Then, on the Email Templates page, fill in the required fields to help ZenAI generate an email.


Click on the ZenAI icon and select “Generate Email”. Then ZenAI will generate an email template based on the subject you entered.

 You can also select one of the suggested templates from ZenAI’s drop-down list.




Write Content For Your Careers Page

ZenAI can help you generate content for the different sections of your careers page. ZenAI can assist you in writing headers and descriptions to make your page even more attractive. 


In each section of your careers page (job section, benefits section, social media section, etc.), when adding a Heading or a summary/description, click on the ZenAI icon and select the option you would like AI to write for you.    














Editing Your Text With ZenAI

ZenAI can help you edit the current text you have, whether in emailscomments, or sections on your careers page, job descriptions, etc.


To edit with Zen AI, highlight the desired text and click on the ZenAI icon that will appear. 



Then select how you would like to edit your text from the options listed: 


Edit text:

  • Improve writing

  • Fix grammar & spelling

  • Make shorter

  • Make longer

  • Simplify language


Choose tone: 

  • Professional 

  • Empathetic 

  • Casual

  • Neutral 


Shortcuts:

  • Summarize.

  • Translate to Arabic/English

  • Continue writing

You can also request ZenAI to write anything by just specifying the topic or content you want it to cover. Just click the ZenAI icon and ask it to write whatever you would like.
