Email Templates on ZenATS

Manage and create company email templates on ZenATS easily. Go to UseMenu → System Preferences → Templates → Email Templates

This will take you to the Email Templates page, where you can create and manage your email templates.



On this page, you will find your existing email templates, which you can view, edit, and delete


Note: On this page, you’ll find a “Thank You” email template; this email is automatically sent to applicants when they apply for a vacancy. This template can not be deleted; it is only edited. 


You can also choose how the templates are displayed – card or table view based on your preference, by clicking on the button hovered below.  


How to Create a New Email Template

To create a new template, click on the “Add Email Template” button on the top right corner of the page. 



Then fill out the following details: 

  • Template name 

  • Branches: select the branch where you want to add the email template

  • Email subject & body



You will also find a section of keywords next to the text editor to help you compose the email template. 


After you are done creating the email template, click “Save & Publish”. You can send a test email to see how the email will look when sent to candidates or save it as a draft to publish later.
