Generating a Salaries Report on ZenHR


To generate a salaries report on ZenHR, follow the below steps:


Main Menu à Reports à Financial Reports à Salaries Report

 

Once salaries are calculated, HR admins can generate a salaries report through the below page. The report can include all the calculated salaries or specific salaries using the filters available on this page.


 

 

You can select the columns that you want to appear on the report, and you can also save them for later use by clicking on “Save Selected Options”.



 

After selecting the columns, click on “View”. You can sort the report as needed by clicking on the report header.


 

You can also export the report as an Excel Sheet or a PDF.
