Generating a Termination Report on ZenHR
To generate a termination report on ZenHR, follow the below steps:
Main Menu à Reports à Financial Reports à Termination Report
Through this page, HR admins will be able to generate a report that includes the terminated employees, the report can be generated for all the terminations or for specific terminations using the filters available on this page.
You can select the columns that you want to appear on the report, and you can also save them for later use by clicking on “Save Selected Options”.
After selecting the columns, click on “View”. You can sort the report as needed by clicking on the report header.
You can also export the report as an Excel Sheet or a PDF.
*Note: This report can be generated for “Out-of-payroll” settlements.
