Introduction
The Attendance History page in ZenHR allows employees to view their attendance records and managers to review the attendance records of their subordinates. This feature provides a comprehensive overview of attendance, including detailed records, statuses, and the ability to request corrections for missing punches.

Accessing the Attendance History Page
Required Permissions
All Employees must have access to their attendance history to view their records. Managers require additional permissions to access and manage the attendance records of their subordinates.
Navigation Path
To access the Attendance History page, navigate to Time Management > Attendance & Time Tracking > Attendance History.
Using Attendance History
On the Attendance History page, employees can view a detailed list of their attendance records, including the following columns:
- Attendance Date: The specific date of the attendance record.
- First In: The first punch-in time for the day.
- Last Out: The last punch-out time for the day.
- Working Hours: The total working hours calculated for the day.
- Status: Indicates whether the attendance record is complete or incomplete.
- Actions: Provides options to view details or request missing punches.
Filters
Employees can filter the attendance records by date, status, or punch-in and punch-out times to narrow down the displayed records.
View Attendance Record Details
- Locate the Attendance Record from the list.
- Click on View from the Actions column
- All attendance records details will be shown, including functions, times, type and source.
Viewing Subordinates' Attendance
- Managers can view the attendance records of their subordinates. Navigate to the Subordinates' Attendance tab on the Attendance History page.
- Use the filters to select specific employees, dates, or statuses to view the corresponding attendance records.
Exporting Attendance Records
Both employees and managers can export attendance records for reporting purposes. The records can be exported in various formats, including CSV and PDF.
- Apply any necessary filters to narrow down the records.
- Click on Export as at the top of the page.
- Select the desired export format.
- The system will generate the file and make it available for download.
