Classera Integration

LeadXera, powered by Classera, is an innovative training management system that enhances employee training through interactive lessons, smart content delivery, and real-time feedback. Through its seamless integration with ZenHR, companies can assign, manage, and track employee learning directly from the ZenHR platform. With Single Sign-On (SSO), employees can access their LeadXera courses right from their ZenHR dashboard using their existing credentials.

How to Activate the LeadXera Integration

There are two ways to access the LeadXera integration on ZenHR:

Option 1: Access the LeadXera from the Integration Page

  • Log in to your ZenHR Admin account, on the Dashboard, look for the section titled My Learning.

  • Then click on “Explore Integration”.

  • You’ll be redirected to the Marketplace Integrations page.

  • Find LeadXera and click on “Setup” to begin the activation process.

Option 2: Access the LeadXera from the Main Menu

Log in to your ZenHR Admin account

From the main menu, go to Marketplace Integrations, then find LeadXera.

Click on “LeadXera,” then click “Setup” to open the activation page.

Set Up the LeadXera Integration

  • Step 1: Enter the Redirect URL  (Academic Link)

    • On the Classera Integration page, under the URL field, copy the Redirect  URL (provided on Classera) and paste it into ZenHR.
Note: To retrieve your Redirect URL  from Classera, follow the steps in Step 2.

    • Then click the “Save” button.

Step 2: Connect ZenHR with LeadXera

After saving the redirect link, two new fields will appear:

Client ID & Client Secret

  •   Copy both the Client ID and Client Secret.

  •   Go to your Classera Admin Panel.

    • From the dashboard, open the side menu bar.

    • Then click on “Site” and select “Styles & Academy Settings”.

  •  On the Styles & Academy Settings page, click on “Advanced Options”.

  • Then click on the “Manage Integrations” button.

  • On the Integrations Platforms page, click “Manage”.

  • Here, copy the Redirect URL and paste it into ZenHR.

  • After copying and pasting the link on ZenHR, click “Save”.

  • Then, ZenHR will give you a new Client ID & Client Secret. Copy them both and add them to Classera, and click on the “Save” button.

  • After that, the integration will be activated on ZenHR, and you can begin granting access to your employees.

Step 3: Grant Employee Access to LeadXera

On the Classera integration page in ZenHR, scroll down to the Classera Access section.
Then, here, under Employee, you’ll see a drop-down list; select the employees you would like to give Classera access to.

  • You can filter employees by department.

  • Once you've selected employees, click the Save button.

After selecting the employees, each employee will receive an email notification letting them know they now have access to Classera.

They can go directly to LeadXera from the email. They can log in to Classera using the integrations Single Sign-On (SSO), which means they can sign in through their ZenhR credentials.

How Employees Can Access Classera on ZenHR

Once access is granted by the Admin:

Option 1: Via Email

All invited employees will receive an email from ZenHR saying they’ve been granted access to Classera.
Open the email and click the “Access Classera” button inside the email.

Option 2: ZenHR Dashboard

Log in to your ZenHR account.
Once you’ve been given access to Classera, you’ll find a new section on your dashboard labeled My Learning.

Under this section, click “Browse Courses”.

A pop-up will appear, click “Authorize”.

Then you’ll be automatically redirected to your Classera account using Single Sign-On (using your ZenHR username & password).
