Duplicated Data in Customized Reports Generator
When generating a customized report, you might encounter some duplicated data if the Report Builder filters were not applied correctly. In this article, you will find the steps needed to help you generate a customized report without any duplicated values.
How to Access Report Builder
Customized Reports Builder
Main Menu → Reports → General Reports → Customized Reports Generator
On the Customized Reports Generator page, click the “Build a New Report” button.
Step 1: Active Filter
On the Report Builder page, under Employees, Health Insurance, Professional Data, and Salary Packages, you can find an “Active” check box. Check the “Active” box(es) under the type(s) of data to add it as columns in the Report.
Once you check the “Active” box(es), click on the filter icon on the right side of the page, then select “Yes “or “No” and click “Filter”.
The active check box(es) are under Employees, Health Insurance, Professional Data, and Salary Packages. Below is how the “Active” filter works in these reports fields:
Active Filter Under Employees
Choose “Yes” to include currently active employees’ data, or “No” for terminated employees' data.
Active Filter Under Health Insurance
Choose “Yes” to include the active health insurance added to employees or “No” for expired Insurance info.
Active Filter Under Professional Data
Choose “Yes” to include the currently active employees’ professional info or “No” for expired employee professional info.
Active Filter Under Salary Packages
Choose “Yes” to include the currently active employees’ salary package info, or “No” for expired or previous salary package info.
Step 2: Salary Packages Status filter.
Some data may be duplicated if you include more than one salary package type in the generated report.
Under Salary Packages, you’ll find the “Salary Package Status” check box.
Check this box to activate this filter, then click the filter icon and select the status of the employees’ salary packages you’d like to include in the customized report.

Approved & Added by HR
Select “Approved” and “Added by HR” to include all active packages in the report, as they can only be added through these filters.
You can also select any of the other filters or multiple to include the Salary Package status(es) you want in your report.
