How to Send Emails to Candidates:
- Go to Vacancies and select the desired vacancy.
- Then, on the Vacancy Page, select the candidate you would like to email from the list.
- On the candidate’s page, click the actions icon (⋮) in the top right corner.
- Click “Send an Email” from the dropdown menu.
A slider will open for you to compose your email. Fill in the subject and body of the email.
In the slider, you'll find keywords at the bottom that will assist you with writing the email. Clicking on a keyword will insert it into the email body.
You can also style the font using the text editor and attach files to the email.
You can also use previously saved templates by clicking “Choose template” beside Compose Email.
You can either send the email immediately or click the arrow next to the “Send” button to schedule it by clicking on “Schedule Send”. Choose the desired date and time for the email to be sent.
Another way to send emails to candidates is by clicking on the Mail icon in the Main Menu on the left. From there, select the relevant vacancy, choose the candidate, and then compose your email.
